Classic Hiring Poster Design

I’m preparing a recruitment push for my graphic-design business and need a series of classic, professional posters that look just as strong in a shopfront window as they do on social media. The layouts must be clean, timeless and aligned with our existing brand guidelines while still grabbing attention at a glance.

Every poster should clearly feature
• the job title plus a brief description of the role
• our company logo and colour palette elements
• contact details and straightforward application instructions

Please deliver print-ready A4 (300 dpi, CMYK) and a matching digital version sized for Instagram Stories, along with the fully editable source files in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. I’d like at least three initial concept options and up to two revision rounds on the chosen direction. All fonts and imagery must be free for commercial use or properly licensed and included in the hand-over package.

The final files should arrive press-ready and ready to upload online, so we can launch the recruitment campaign the moment we approve the design.
