Classic Formal Wordmark Logo

Hi — I'm launching a menswear label and need a custom wordmark drawn from scratch (one word + city name, all caps, clean heavyweight sans style). Direction is already locked, so this is precision execution, not concept exploration.

Before I brief you, a few quick questions:

1. Do you draw letterforms from scratch, or do you work by modifying existing fonts? (I need original artwork — no Helvetica/DaFont bases — for trademark reasons.)
2. Can you share 2–3 examples of custom wordmarks/logotypes you've drawn yourself?
3. Do you proof marks at small sizes (20mm embroidery, woven neck labels) before finalising?
4. Do your projects include full copyright assignment of the final artwork in writing?
5. Deliverables would be: primary wordmark, stacked + condensed lockups, master .ai/.eps + SVG/PNG. What's your fixed price and turnaround for that scope?
