Classic Corporate Forms & Templates
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a full refresh of our core application forms and everyday document templates, built from the ground up in a classic, professional style that communicates reliability and trust.
Scope of work
• Design brand-new, fill-ready application forms (about 3–4 pages each) that look polished both on-screen and in print.
• Create matching Word/PDF templates—letterhead, internal report, and memo layouts—so my staff can drop in content without breaking the look.
• Provide a concise style guide covering colour palette, typography, margins, and any graphic accents so future documents stay consistent.
Key requirements
• Clean, timeless design—no trendy or overly vibrant elements.
• Original artwork and licence-free fonts only.
• Deliverables: editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, or Word), print-ready PDFs, and the mini style guide.
• Two rounds of revisions after the first draft.
I have no existing designs, so you’ll propose the full visual direction. First drafts within one week would be ideal.
Strong corporate document samples will help me choose quickly. If this collaboration works well, I’ll likely add certificates and email signatures as a follow-up.
