Classic Beer Label Illustration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a new craft release that needs a classic, traditional-looking bottle label built around rich illustrative artwork. I’ll supply the reference art, exact dimensions, bleed specs, and the written copy; your job is to translate all of that into a polished, print-ready layout that feels timeless yet fresh.
Attached you will find a couple of previous beer labels for reference, including a proof file so you can see what has been done previously and the requirements for the print. There is also a screenshot of the theme we are going for - this will be a wheat beer called "Saola Stars & Stripes". I have included Saola logo files. We will also want to include the Leprechaun's Lab logo as before.
I will provide the description and ABV for the label once the project kicks off.
The palette can run full colour so long as it harmonises with our existing logos—think balanced hues rather than a strict two-tone scheme. The illustration should take centre stage, with typography and other graphic elements supporting it without crowding the design. Once the concept is approved I’ll also need a mock-up on a long-neck bottle so the team can visualise shelf appeal.
Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF in CMYK with bleed and trim marks
• Layered source file (AI or PSD) with editable text
• High-res PNG or JPEG mock-up on a bottle
I include two feedback rounds in the timeline; after that we can scope additional tweaks if necessary. If you have a solid portfolio of traditional beer or spirits labels, this should be a straightforward collaboration—looking forward to seeing your ideas.
