Cartoon Vectors for Metal Cards

I have a folder of reference images and now need each one redrawn in a bright, vibrant cartoon style, ready for UV printing onto brushed-metal debit cards. Characters are the only required element—no landscapes, no geometric fillers—just bold, lively figures that will really pop once printed on steel.

The finished artwork must be delivered as clean, layered vector files (AI or SVG) with all strokes expanded, colors converted to solid fills, and nothing rasterised; this ensures the UV press can reproduce every tint and line crisply on the metal surface. Please preserve the proportions shown in my references so the art sits perfectly on a standard credit-card template (85.6 mm × 53.98 mm with a 3 mm bleed).

Acceptance criteria
• One vector file per design, fully editable
• Color palette matches the bright references I provide
• No visible anchor-point errors or stray paths at 400% zoom
• All text (if any) converted to outlines
