Cartoon Vector Illustration Conversion

I have a single image that I need rebuilt as a clean, fully-scalable vector suitable for printing. The finished artwork should keep a cartoonish feel but remain monochromatic for now, with every shape and stroke organised so I can quickly recolour or tweak individual elements later.
Please redraw the piece from scratch inside Illustrator (or an equivalent vector tool) rather than running an auto-trace; I’ll be checking for smooth curves, closed paths, and logical layer grouping. Export the master file (.ai or .svg) along with a print-ready PDF.
Acceptance criteria – the file opens without errors, all paths are editable, no hidden raster data remains, and I can isolate and fill any single shape with one click.
