Cartoon Illustration Design Needed

I need a skilled 2D artist to develop vibrant, cartoon-style illustrations for my latest project. The work revolves entirely around illustration—no logo, flyer, or brochure elements—so your focus will be on character poses, expressive scenes, and playful backgrounds that stay true to a classic cartoon feel.

The illustrations will live both online and in print, so I’ll need files that scale cleanly across formats. You can work in Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or your preferred 2D toolset, as long as the final artwork arrives in high-resolution PNG/JPEG plus the editable source files.

Deliverables (final count and dimensions to be confirmed together):
• Full-colour cartoon illustrations in layered source format
• High-resolution exports ready for print and digital use
• One round of revisions to fine-tune colours, line weight, and any small details
