Cap Logo Lettering Reimagining
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have an existing piece of lettering that sits on a cap, and I’d like a fresh, well-thought-out take on it—something that preserves the spirit of the original while feeling current and ready for production. See information below. Enclosed within or below is what I am looking for and all notes on proportions, spacing, and any elements.
A clean, production-ready vector is the end goal, for the factory or manufacturer. I’m open to seeing one or two quick roughs of what you come up with that is similar but different than provided, if it helps you provide your idea or style direction. Once we agree on a final concept, please prepare:
• Editable vector file (AI or SVG)
• High-resolution PNG with transparent background
• Simple mock-up on a cap to verify scale and placement
The design ultimately needs to stitch or print crisply on headwear, so thoughtful line weight and negative space control are essential. If you have experience preparing artwork for embroidery or screen printing, let me know—that insight will be a plus.
Turnaround is flexible within a week; communicate early if you foresee anything longer. Looking forward to seeing how you re-energize this lettering and make it shine on the hat.

Lettering and Design Work Request - 09-20-2025
Task:
I am looking to have some artwork or design done to have a cap manufactured with my custom design request and sample. The cap manufacturer wants me to provide a digitized file for the embroidery in the front and the side. Also, the company tag inside the cap. If you have done this type of work before let me know, if you have not let me know as well.
1.Take the N from NY (see picture) and enlarge it into a 2.5” or 2.75” tall (high) and 3.0”, 3.50”, 4.00” wide. Take the N and adjust it by making it thicker to fit into the space that best provides it. The N from NY, seems unfinished to me so provide a finish to it by balancing it on both sides, from beginning to end.
(The cap will be black, the N will be Gold color)
2. Samples and pictures are provided to be used as guides for the above or below sample request.
3. Look at the flag picture provided and create an adjusted 2.50” wide by 2.00” high (tall), within the space. The space can be adjusted so that the flag size is actual and not trying to fit into the space requested. For example, if the right size of the flag should be 2.75” wide by 1.50” high (tall), let me know that should be the actual size.
(The color will be the same as the flag picture provided)
4. The interior cap tag space is 1.50” wide and 1.00 high ( use KODAK lettering from picture)
Interior Tag needs to read,

Edicion Limitada ( there is a little line on top of the o, for Edicion which sign an accent sign in Spanish)
