Canva Artwork Conversion and Vector Background Build

Scope:
Convert three wall overlays from Canva into print-ready artwork and build the missing vector backgrounds. Deliver fascia and counter panels too.

Assets you’ll get:

Canva files for Left/Right/Back walls (overlay layout + icons).

Brand colors and HEX.

GES artwork guideline PDF.

Text copy and icon references.

Panels to deliver (final size):

Walls x3: 3000 mm × 2500 mm each.

Fascia: 3000 mm × 540 mm.

Counter front: 934 mm × 934 mm.

Production requirements:

Illustrator master at 1:10 scale. Walls/fascia artboards 300 × 250 mm and 300 × 54 mm; counter 934 × 934 mm at 1:1.

Bleed: 10 mm all sides for walls/fascia; 3 mm for counter.

CMYK only. No ICC profiles on export. No overprints.

Rebuild the dark background + diamond motif as pure vector.

Place overlay elements as vectors; retype text in Maven Pro (supply fonts) and align to icons.

Any raster allowed only if Effective PPI ≥150–200 at final size.

Use rich black for fills C75 M75 Y75 K100.

Deliver linked files (no embedded images).

Deliverables:

Editable .ai files for each panel with layers: Background / Icons / Text.

Press-ready PDFs (PDF/X or PDF Print) with Use Document Bleed Settings.

Packaged folders per panel (AI + Links + Fonts) zipped.

One low-res proof PDF for on-screen review.

Milestones:

Sample wall built and approved (layout + vector background + type).

Remaining two walls.

Fascia + counter.

Final packaging and handoff.
