On-Call Event Flyer Designer

I organise an ongoing calendar of community and social events and need a graphic designer I can reach out to each time a new date is confirmed. Every assignment centres on producing a bright, colourful flyer that feels lively and inviting while still looking polished.

For each event I will supply the copy and any logos; you turn it into a finished piece that clearly highlights the date, time, venue and, when relevant, our performers or speakers. Most projects involve one main vertical print flyer plus a square version optimised for Instagram, though occasionally I’ll ask for additional sizes or quick tweaks as details change.

Turnaround is typically two-to-three days, with faster edits appreciated when possible. Final files should arrive press-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi PDF) and include editable source files (AI or PSD) and web-friendly JPEG/PNG exports.
