CNC File Creation for Dibond
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a digital image of a custom design that I want cut from Dibond composite on a CNC router. I need you to translate that sketch into a clean, tool-path-ready file.
What I’ll supply
•image of the sketch
• Exact panel size and material thickness once we start
What I need back
1. A vector drawing in illustrator , closed paths suitable for CNC routing Fold and cut lines inlcuded
2. Separate layers for cut-through and engraving, clearly labeled
3. A quick preview render or screenshot so I can double-check the geometry before production
The design is just one piece, so this is a straightforward conversion rather than an extensive drafting job. Accuracy on dimensions and smooth curves is critical because Dibond can chip if the toolpath isn’t clean.
If you’re comfortable tracing artwork in Illustrator, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar and exporting production-ready files, this should be a short task.
