CLO3D T-Shirt Tech Packs
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a collection of garment designs—currently a mix of hand sketches and fully rendered CLO3D files—that now need to be turned into factory-ready tech packs. Each pack must translate my vision into clear, precise documentation the production team can follow without additional clarification.
Scope
• Consolidate my sketches and CLO3D garments into a single, organised tech pack per style.
• Capture full front, back and detail views pulled from CLO3D or redrawn in Illustrator as needed.
• Build a bill of materials that specifies every fabric, trim and print application, including fibre content, weight and finish.
• Include measurement charts in both sample and graded sizes, plus construction call-outs (stitch type, seam allowance, label placement, etc.).
• Colourways, print/embroidery placements and any special wash notes must be clearly indicated.
• Deliver editable files (Excel, AI or PDF) and an accompanying spreadsheet for BOM and measurements.
Acceptance
A tech pack is considered complete once my sample room can cut, sew and trim the garment with no additional questions. I will review each pack against that criterion before sign-off.
If you have solid experience combining CLO3D visualisation with traditional tech-pack formatting in Illustrator or similar tools, let’s get these garments ready for production.
