Business PDF Text & Style Update

I have a small batch of business PDFs that need to feel current and professionally polished. The core task is to replace a few dates and names, plus other minor wording tweaks, while keeping the flow and formatting perfectly natural. At the same time, I’d like the fonts and overall colour scheme refreshed so the documents look consistent with our latest branding.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Updated text: accurate swaps of dates, names, and any tiny phrasing adjustments without disturbing the layout.
• Style refinement: clean up the existing fonts and apply a cohesive colour palette so the pages look intentional rather than patched.
• Final files: print-ready PDFs and the working source file (Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or Illustrator—whichever you prefer).

Everything else in the documents can remain unchanged; the goal is a subtle, no-trace upgrade that reads as if it was always this way. If you’re comfortable editing PDFs and fine-tuning typography, I’d love to get these files back quickly.
