Business Card Prepress Conversion

I will supply a set of mixed-resolution PDF business card layouts—double-sided and already approved from a design point of view. Your task is purely technical: rebuild the artwork in Adobe Illustrator so every element remains fully editable, then generate press-ready output for my printer.

Scope of work
There are six to ten individual name/title variants that must all share identical setup. Spot colours need to stay intact and an additional embossing layer has to be separated and clearly labelled. Apart from that, no redesign is required and no creative interpretation is expected.

What I need from you
• One packaged Illustrator file (.ai) for each variant, with fonts either outlined or included
• A print-ready PDF for each front-and-back card, built in CMYK plus the required spot and emboss layers, complete with 3 mm bleed and crop marks
• Consistent alignment, safe-area, and overprint settings so every PDF passes my commercial printer’s pre-flight (I will share the profile)

Please ensure every exported file carries the correct naming convention and that transparency is flattened where necessary.
