I already finished a pixel-perfect, high-fidelity layout in Adobe Illustrator. The artboards are static—no interactions baked in—so I now need clean, responsive code that reproduces the design exactly in the browser.

What I will hand over:
• the original .ai file with all layers neatly named
• a quick PDF export that shows intended breakpoints

What I expect back:
• HTML, modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid), and lightweight JavaScript only where strictly necessary
• responsiveness that matches the PDF across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• assets optimised and organised in a clear folder structure
• code commented well enough that a future developer can extend it easily

I am flexible on frameworks; plain HTML/CSS works, but if you prefer a utility library like Tailwind or a component approach with React/Vue, let me know up front so I can approve it before you start.
