Brokerage PDF Packet Design

I need a cohesive suite of branded PDFs for my freight brokerage. The look must stay professional and formal, yet still feel creative by weaving in our logo and its colors throughout every page. We only have those logo files and the core color palette, so you will flesh out complementary fonts, accents, and layout elements that keep everything on brand.

Deliverables
• Carrier onboarding packet
• Shipper onboarding packet
• One-page capability statement
• Rate quote / rate confirmation form

Each document has to:
• Present our company history, services offered, and contact information in a clear hierarchy
• Reserve space for our certificates and insurance pages
• Use matching header, footer, and table styles for a unified identity
• Arrive both as print-ready PDFs and as editable/fillable files (form fields where appropriate)
• Include all working design files (InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva) for future edits

Clean typography, well-spaced sections, and easy-to-follow tables are key acceptance criteria.
