Branding Logo Design From Scratch

I’m launching a new brand and need a distinctive logo that instantly communicates our personality and values. Starting from a completely blank slate, I’d like you to translate a short creative brief and a few reference images into two or three initial concepts, refine the chosen direction through revisions, and then supply final, production-ready files.

Please work in vector format (Adobe Illustrator preferred) so the mark scales perfectly across everything from social avatars to storefront signage. At hand-off I’ll need:
• The primary logo in AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and SVG
• A monochrome and an inverted version
• A simple usage sheet noting colours (CMYK, RGB, Hex) and typography
