Branded Executive Recruitment Plan Presentation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a crisp, executive-ready slide deck that explains our Recruitment Plan for 2026, built directly in the official company PowerPoint template so every colour, font and visual element is on brand. The presentation will be shown to the C-suite, so it must balance high-level insights with enough data to support decisions.
Core message
The deck must clearly outline how many positions we have overall for 2026 and then quarterly plan on how we will fill all the roles that are in country and other roles that are spread around different locations.
What I will provide
• Our master .potx file, brand guidelines and any approved imagery.
• Headline figures, charts and text blocks—these will need shaping into visually engaging slides.
What I need back
• A fully editable PowerPoint file, 8–10 slides, layered and labelled.
• Consistent use of master layouts, theme colours and iconography.
• Speaker notes summarising each slide’s key talking points.
• A brief hand-off note (PDF or doc) outlining fonts used, asset sources and any animation cues.
Acceptance Criteria:
Unlimited revisions included until final approval, at no additional cost.
Revisions cover layout adjustments, copy alignment, visual hierarchy, and formatting refinements.
All feedback will be consolidated per review cycle to ensure efficient turnaround.
Tools that typically make this smoother include PowerPoint 365, Adobe Illustrator (for vector clean-up) and, where helpful, Excel for embedded charts—feel free to use your preferred workflow as long as the final file is a native .pptx.
I’m aiming to review a first draft within 2 hours of project start, share consolidated feedback once, and sign off the polished version shortly after. If that timeline works for you, let’s get this deck ready for the boardroom.
