Branded Brochure and Flyer Design

My next campaign needs a polished set of marketing pieces—a multi-page brochure and a matching single-page flyer—built from what we have in regards to style guidelines. I will supply an example including the logo and what I need from you is the creative layout, typography choices that stay on-brand, and production-ready artwork.

Please work in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator so I can receive fully editable source files along with print-ready PDFs. Consistency between the brochure and flyer is essential, and the final designs must be easy for my print vendor to run without adjustments.
