Brachial Plexus, femoral, TAP, Block Illustrations

I need a set of original, high-resolution visuals that teach the supraclavicular brachial plexus block from an ultrasound perspective. For each of the two probe orientations— in-plane and out-of-plane— please create a realistic ultrasound image and overlay clear, colour-coded labels for arteries and veins, muscles and nerves, as well as the nearby bones and joints. Alongside each scan, provide a matching cross-sectional drawing that shows the same anatomy in a clean, didactic style.
The ultrasound stills must look authentic, with the usual grain and depth cues clinicians expect; the anatomical drawing should be consistent in angle and scale so a viewer can move effortlessly between the two. I will be adding these graphics to a teaching slide deck, so crisp text, legible at 100–150 dpi, is essential. Deliver everything as layered PSD or AI files plus flattened PNGs. Artwork must be entirely your own work—no stock images or screenshots.
