A0 Booth Banner Templates for Startup Demo Day (2 Layouts, Simple & Clean)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a designer to create 2x A0 portrait banner templates for a startup Demo/Deal Day.
These banners will hang at multiple startup booths. I want a clean, modern, professional layout that can be reused: we will only change each startup’s logo and details.
What I need:
- 1 A0 portrait (841 × 1189 mm) templates:
- Full-format version
- Uses most of the A0 space with a strong, simple layout.
- Compact version
Focuses content in the upper part of the A0, leaving more empty space below (for booths where the lower part is not very visible).
Both should follow the same design system.
Each banner will include (dynamic per startup):
Startup logo
Startup name
1-line tagline
Short description (max ~200 characters)
Sector
Stage (e.g. Prototype, MVP, Pilot)
Program label (Program A or Program B)
Booth number
Startup website
Fixed elements:
Small event label (e.g. “Demo/Deal Day”)
Small “innovation hub” logo area (I will share with the designer)
Style:
Startup / tech event feel
Minimal, clear, not cluttered
Background: either clean white OR very subtle pattern/gradient (I’d like to see options)
Use accent color sparingly (no big heavy blocks)
Strong hierarchy: startup logo & name → tagline → key info
Technical:
A0 portrait, print-ready
300 dpi, CMYK, with bleed & safe margins
Final files: editable source (AI/PSD or similar) + PDF

This is a small fixed-budget project: max 45 USD.

Share 2–3 samples of similar work (posters, roll-ups, event signage). it would be a hugh plus if you worked on somthing like that or if you will share with me a mockup how you imagen it will be like wireframe or sketch.
I will provide logos and exact text after we connect.
