Responsibilities
Design professional social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials
Create engaging motion graphics and short promotional videos
Design advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Develop marketing materials for real estate, workforce recruitment, investment, and corporate services
Create visual content for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
Edit photos and videos for social media marketing
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Requirements
Fluent in Bengali (Bangla) and able to communicate effectively in English
Proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing materials
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
Experience creating:
Social media banners
Motion graphics
Reels and short videos
Corporate marketing materials
Website graphics
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred
Experience working with international clients
Experience in real estate, recruitment, manpower, tourism, or business consulting industries
Basic video animation and motion design skills
Knowledge of AI design tools is a plus
