I need an eye-catching 8 × 12 ft banner for our upcoming BLH employee picnic. The copy is simple—“BLH Picnic”—but the look should instantly say fun, relaxed company gathering. I’m completely open to your colour palette, fonts and layout choices, so bring your own flair. Imagery should feel like a workplace picnic (think grills, lawn games, cheerful colleagues, summer vibes); you can source suitable photos or vector art yourself.
Please build the artwork at full scale with proper bleed and safe zones, keeping resolution high enough for crisp large-format printing. Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is ideal; supply the layered source file plus a press-ready PDF.
Date and Time: The picnic is scheduled for September 19th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and
Location: Fort Smallwood Park Pavilion (9500 Fort Smallwood Road, Pasadena MD 21122). The flyer should prominently feature this date, time and the location.
