Project Title:
Editable AI-Based Sales Sheet Template – HSD PRO Series Water Softener
Background:
Hydro Source Direct is launching the HSD PRO Series — a professional-grade, American-made water softener line. We need a clean, editable one-page sales sheet designed in Adobe Illustrator that will serve as a reusable master template for future products.
We have all assets and content prepared, including:
- Logo (high-res)
- Product image (high-res)
- Fully written content
- A sample competitor spec sheet for layout reference
Scope of Work:
1. Create a one-page professional sales sheet (8.5” × 11”)
- Incorporate branding, images, and finalized copy
- Highlight product advantages, specs, warranty, and contact info
- Follow a modern, clean layout aesthetic (inspired by our competitor reference)
2. Design for future reuse:
- Easy-to-edit AI file with clearly labeled layers
- Content sections organized for fast updates (replace images/text without disrupting layout)
3. Deliver editable final files in multiple formats:
- .AI (Adobe Illustrator working file)
- .EPS (for scaling/print needs)
- .PDF (print-ready, high-res)
Design & Editing Requirements:
- Use Adobe Illustrator
- Fonts must be either:
- Standard system fonts, or
- Included with the deliverables (if custom)
- Must be formatted for easy editing:
- Replace product image and text blocks in minutes
- No flattened text or complex clipping masks
Assets We Will Provide:
- High-resolution logo
- High-resolution product image
- All text and specs (fully finalized)
- Competitor sheet PDF (reference only)
Timeline:
