I need a polished 2–3-page brochure that presents AVA Global Alliance’s airline and aviation mystery-shopping audits in a professional, corporate tone. The document will be used to inform prospective airline executives and CX leaders about how our audit process pinpoints service gaps, benchmarks competitors, and raises customer-experience scores.
What I will share once we start includes brand guidelines, sample data points, and rough copy blocks; your task is to translate that material into a clean layout that feels at home in a C-suite boardroom. Think clear hierarchies, strong typography, a disciplined colour palette, and imagery that instantly signals airports, crew interactions, and passenger touchpoints.
