Key expectations
• Print-ready PDF in high-resolution CMYK, plus an editable source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign).
• Standard diploma size (preferably A4 or US Letter) with a landscape orientation unless you can justify a portrait layout that looks stronger.
• Space for recipient name, issuing body, signature lines, date, and an optional serial number—layout these so they can be updated easily.
