Athletic Costume Sketches
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an everyday-wear costume idea in mind and I’m still at the concept / sketch stage, so what I need first is a strong set of visuals that nail the silhouette, color story, and practical details of a modern, casual look.
You’ll take my references and rough notes, translate them into clean front- and back-view sketches, then annotate them with trim, fabric, and fastening suggestions that make the outfit comfortable for daily use rather than theatrical display. Digital illustration is preferred—Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate all work for me—because I plan to pass the file on to a pattern-maker once the concept feels locked.
Deliverables
• 3 polished color sketches (front & back views)
• Fabric / notion call-outs and a concise palette key
• Brief construction notes highlighting fit considerations and any special finishes
Acceptance criteria
• Proportions align with the reference body chart I’ll share
• Colors match the Pantone swatches provided (±1 step)
• Final files supplied as layered PSD or AI plus a flattened PDF for quick sharing
