Our company profile needs a thoughtful refresh that balances professionalism, artistic flair, and an approachable tone all in one polished PDF. I already have some raw text and a library of images; what I’m missing is a creative eye and a deft hand with layout and copy-editing.
Scope of work
• Restructure and edit copy for our company history, products & services, and background narrative, ensuring the voice shifts smoothly between formal, creative, and friendly where appropriate.
• Curate and place provided pictures alongside the text so every page feels purposeful and visually engaging.
• Apply a clean, brand-consistent layout—think smart typography, subtle color accents, and plenty of white space. Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is ideal, but I’m flexible as long as the final file is print-ready.
• Deliver a high-resolution PDF optimized for both email and print, plus the editable source file.
Acceptance criteria
– Every section reads clearly, free of typos and redundancies.
– Images are high-resolution, correctly licensed, and properly aligned with captions or callouts.
– Visual hierarchy guides the reader naturally from our story through to our offerings.
– Final PDF opens flawlessly on Acrobat with no font or image warnings.
