Architectural Portfolio Design

I need a professional and visually stunning architectural portfolio designed for academic submissions. The portfolio should be in a printed book format, specifically in letter size (8.5 x 11 inches). I have a 100-130 page final product in mind, with 95 pages already generally composed in a format I like. I’m looking to have it ‘polished up’, as I don’t have the time myself. If practicable I’d like a final draft in 8-10 weeks, with bi-weekly electronic format updates (pdf) uploaded to a Dropbox. I’m looking for assistance on approach to binding, paper selection, cover design, cover stock, binding method. I’m a design architect with 45 years of experience and a 35 year old busy practice in Northeastern PA (Scranton / Wilkes-Barre). I’m interested in a productive collaboration with an experienced graphic designer who can provide precision formatting support in InDesign, and offer creative input for crisp and engaging presentation ideas which I may be interested in incorporating. By and large I’m fairly committed to the format already begun, and may choose to finalize a first project before evolving it into a second pass. My pricing budget represents the first effort only, which I’d like to accomplish fairly swiftly.
