Architectural PDF Floor Plan Cleanup

I have a set of floor plans supplied only as PDFs that now carry unwanted mark-ups from previous review rounds. My goal is a presentation-ready version of each sheet with absolutely no change to the underlying architectural information.

Please remove:
• Red markups
• Revision clouds
• Any stray “floor plate” callouts or similar reviewer scribbles

Every dimension, room label, symbol, scale bar, and line must remain untouched and in the exact position they occupy today. Think of this as a meticulous restoration rather than a redesign; clarity and sharpness should improve, content must not shift by so much as a pixel.

Typical workflows might involve Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Photoshop, or other vector/raster cleanup tools—use whatever lets you assure crisp, lossless output—but the final delivery I need is:

• Clean, flattened PDF for each sheet, ready for client presentation
• The editable source file you worked in (AI, DWG, PSD, etc.) for future reference

Before closing the project I will overlay your PDF on top of the original to confirm perfect alignment, so attention to micro-level precision is critical.
