Architectural Booklet Cover & Services

I need two beautifully designed pages for an upcoming architectural capability booklet—a striking modern cover and a clean, information-rich services page.

For the cover I’m after a sharp, contemporary look that immediately communicates our studio’s style. The layout must showcase our logo prominently, balance a clear title and subtitle, and integrate a full-bleed background image without clutter. Think strong typography, disciplined white space and an overall architectural feel that will hold up in both print and digital formats.

The facing services page should echo the cover’s aesthetic so the booklet feels seamless. It has to present our core offerings, key projects, contact details and a few supporting photos in a concise, visually engaging grid or modular layout. Hierarchy is important—I want a reader to grasp what we do at a glance while still being drawn into the imagery.
