About us
Fintech group based in Mumbai, operating in the lending space through an owned NBFC.
Scope of work
Strategic Section — ~40 pages
Custom design: cover, chairman's/leadership message, business overview, strategy narrative, ESG/CSR (if applicable), management discussion sections, photography/graphics placement
Full creative direction — layout, typography, iconography, infographics for narrative content
Financial Section — ~100 pages
Templated design covering financial statements, notes to accounts, schedules, auditor's report, corporate governance report, shareholding pattern, etc.
Must be built as a reusable master template — structured so that in future years, only the numbers/text need updating without redesigning layouts
Consistent visual language with the strategic section
Cover Design
Included in scope, with 2–3 initial concepts
Deliverables
Open, editable design source files (e.g., InDesign/Illustrator native files — please specify software used)
Print-ready PDF (high-res, CMYK) and web/digital PDF version
Font files/licenses used, or confirmation of licensing status
Editable financial template documented well enough for internal teams to update independently in future cycles
Budget
₹40,000 for the entire project (both sections + cover, inclusive of revisions as scoped below)
Timeline — 2 weeks, starting today
Days 1–2: Kickoff call, brand/style inputs shared, cover concepts (2–3 options)
Days 3–4: Cover finalization; strategic section layout templates (2–3 sample spreads for approval)
Days 5–9: Full strategic section design + financial section template build (parallel tracks)
Days 10–11: First full draft — both sections — for internal review
Days 12–13: Revisions (round 2)
Day 14: Final files, print-ready + editable source delivery
Revisions included: 2 structured rounds of feedback/iteration are built into the above timeline. Please flag in your quote if your standard process differs.
What we need in your quote

Confirmation you can deliver open source files (specify software: InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
