40th Anniversary Logo Update

I need our current corporate logo refreshed to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The updated mark must keep the core look and feel that staff, clients, and partners already recognise, while weaving in:

• the text “40th Anniversary”
• a tasteful celebratory graphic or icon that complements—not overwhelms—the brand
• our established colours and typefaces (minor tweaks are fine if they help the layout sing)

You will start from the existing vector master I’ll supply (AI / EPS) and return polished files ready for print, web, and social: layered Illustrator artwork, high-res PNGs with transparent backgrounds, and an SVG.

Please maintain clean, editable vector paths, respect clear-space rules, and ensure legibility at small sizes.

Must be appropriate for using on any marketing materials, shirts, hats, swag, posters, banners, etc.

One request is a square logo larger than 300 x 300 pixels, and a banner sized for 1872 x 320 pixels with an aspect ratio of 936 x 160.
