Here’s the scope: you’ll interpret my reference images, develop original poses and expressions, refine line art, apply vibrant cel-shading, and deliver both vector and high-resolution raster assets. I’ll provide timely feedback and expect a couple of revision rounds so the characters match the look and feel I’m after.
