AgroIntelai Sub-Brand Logo Design

launched o two new AgroIntelai sub-brands and need rework the . Attached you can see the current master logo, colour palette, so you’ll have clear visual direction from the start.

The new brands are:
agrohealthAI
agrogenesAI

The changes I am looking to do are:

1) for agrohealthAI:
1.1) insert a + (in white) overlayed to the digital "leaf" icon.
1.2) make the digital leaf+ and the "agro" part Red Cross red, and the "healthAI" black
1.3) move the "wifi" symbol to the "I" in AI, and make the color Red Cross red

2) for agrogenesAI
2.1) insert a DNA Helix (in white) overlayed to the digital "leaf" icon.
2.2) make the digital leaf+ and the "agro" part a color representing genes, and the "genes" black
2.3) move the "wifi" symbol to the "I" in AI, and make the color the same as in 2.2

Please provide:
• Two initial concepts per logo, refined rounds as needed
• Final artwork in editable vector (AI/SVG) plus web-ready PNG
• A brief style sheet noting hex color palettes, colours description, fonts and spacing
