Adobe Illustrator Tracing Tutor Needed

I'm a beginner looking for a tutor to help me trace Lego minifigure designs in Adobe Illustrator. I need guidance on the Pen Tool and Image Trace Tool. I want to be able to take a design (created in AI, and use the image tracing tool to properly clean up and upscale the design). Created videos with detailed steps are preferred so I can go back and reference them. Videos should be able to properly capture screen-recording.
