Adobe Illustrator .ai File Modification

I need help modifying some .ai files (I guess will have around 3 different versions, so would like to pay 15 per version or so) for an extractor fan box design. The main design should remain the same, but I need to:

- Translate existing texts (I have translations ready)
- Update existing text
- Add new text

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with text modifications in .ai files
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
