To keep things moving and avoid rework, please make sure your artwork is sent like this:

One label per file

PDF format only

All text outlined

All images embedded

How to Outline Text (Illustrator)



Text must be outlined and converted to vector paths so it prints correctly.



1. Go to Select → Object → All Text Objects

2. Then go to Type → Create Outlines



How to Embed Images (Illustrator)



Images must be embedded (not linked).



1. Go to Window → Links

2. If you see a chain icon, the image is linked

3. Right-click the image and choose 'Embed'
