Additional Logo formats, from jpg & Business Card Design from jpg photos of it - no design creation needed

I have a jpg for a logo and business card that I need both improved and provided in the additional file formats.
The end business cards had an extra layer over them that gave the cards a clear sheen with the businesses name, repeated over the card as many times as fit on it.
I will provide photos of the only business card I have left, to show the shiny layer I am referring to and the overall design, along with it on another bit of cardboard to the winning bidder. The first two images are the back and front of the business card. It is only the front (just the logo) that would need the added layer.
I really like the logo and card's front, so don't want it changed, just rebuilt.
The business card's back has address information that will need to be changed/ amended. I'm happy for you to rearrange the back as you think is best.
So, you will need to:
- Create a new logo from the images sent through?
- Create the business card with the added layer of shiny 'business name' wording?
- .pdf will need to be structured in a format for printing
- Create an email sig from the images provided?
- Create a 'button' from the logo, to be used as a favicon etc?

- Please leave a bid you think is correct, or close to correct, it would be appreciated. If you live a low/high placeholder bid, and this is then found, it will negatively impact your chance at being selected by a lot.
- Links to your portfolio or examples of past projects that demonstrate your expertise in these areas.
