Activewear Tech Pack & Sourcing

I’m developing a new line of performance-driven activewear and need an experienced fashion designer who can take my initial concepts all the way to factory-ready documentation. Because this collection is clothing—specifically activewear—your grasp of stretch fabrics, moisture-wicking blends, and ergonomic patterning is vital.
The core of the job is a complete tech pack that communicates every detail a manufacturer needs. I have sketches and fit notes ready; you’ll translate them into accurate flat sketches, graded measurements, colorways, and clear construction annotations created in Adobe Illustrator (or a comparable industry tool). Precision matters here: the document has to eliminate guesswork on the production floor.
Once the tech pack is locked, I’ll rely on you for sourcing support. I’m looking for sustainable, performance-capable textiles and reliable trims suppliers who can meet low-minimum order quantities for a first run. If you already have a network of mills or factories experienced with activewear, that’s a major plus; otherwise, I expect thorough vendor research with pricing, lead times, and sample policies clearly laid out.
