Activewear Legging Tech Pack

I run NIVA, an Australian premium active-wear label, and I need a complete, factory-ready tech pack for our signature women’s high-rise performance leggings. The garment must feature moisture-wicking fabric, come in a neutral colour palette, and use a drawstring waistband. Everything you prepare will be sent straight to multiple manufacturers, so accuracy and clarity are non-negotiable.

I want the document to include:
• detailed flat sketches (front, back, and any construction close-ups)
• full measurement specs with tolerances and grading
• bill of materials covering fabric, trims, drawcord, thread, and labels
• stitch and seam diagrams suitable for performance garments
• colourway pages showing our neutral tones in both RGB and Pantone
• printing or heat-transfer placement guides (if applicable)
• packaging, labelling, and care-tag instructions
• a tidy, bookmarked PDF plus the editable source file (AI, PSD, or CLO)

Please attach at least one example of a tech pack you have created specifically for performance leggings so I can assess style and depth. If you normally work in Adobe Illustrator, CLO, or similar, mention which platform you will use to ensure compatibility on my side.

Once the tech pack meets the above criteria and is confirmed by my factory, the project is complete.
