Academic Year Exam Calendar
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m putting together an academic-year calendar that clearly maps out every exam and test my school will hold, and I need a designer who can turn the raw date list I’ll supply into an attractive, easy-to-read layout. Holidays are intentionally left out, so the focus stays on assessment periods only.
The finished calendar should cover the full academic span (August 2024–June 2025) in a single view, printable on standard A3 or US-tabloid paper while remaining crisp when shared as a PDF. Clean typography, consistent spacing, and school-friendly colour accents matter more to me than heavy graphics.
Deliverables
• Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva)
• High-resolution PDF ready for print and digital circulation
• One revision round for layout tweaks after I review the first proof
