Academic Journal Cover Design

I need a cover designed for an academic journal. The design should be in black and white, and it should feature a modern sketch of the outside of a courthouse.

Requirements:
- The design must allow authors to continually update it with article names and volume numbers.
- It should only use two colors (black and white).
- The final design should be submitted in JPEG format.
- A sample will be provided for reference.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Experience with creating editable templates
- Strong illustration skills, particularly with modern architectural sketches
- Attention to detail and adherence to provided samples
