My current resume is little more than a chronology of jobs; I want it transformed into a polished career brand that slips past Applicant Tracking Systems yet still turns heads when a human opens the file. I need a designer-strategist who understands both sides of that line: keyword mapping and hierarchy for the bots, balanced with typography, layout, and subtle graphics that communicate senior-level professionalism to recruiters.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A fully rewritten and redesigned two-page CV delivered in both editable Word and print-ready PDF formats.
• Layout built in InDesign, Illustrator, or a comparable tool, then exported so formatting stays intact on any platform.
• Copy optimized around role-relevant keywords I’ll supply (plus your own research) and validated to clear standard ATS parsers.
• A concise style guide—fonts, color values, and spacing rules—so I can extend the look to cover letters and LinkedIn later.
• Final document must score 90 %+ on a free ATS scan such as Jobscan or ResumeWorded without sacrificing visual appeal.
