I’m creating a royal-blue event shirt for the Homer Blow Foundation’s 32nd Annual “Birthday Party for the Kids 2026.” The print itself must be pure white, set against that blue, and it has to carry every word exactly like this:

Celebrating over 30 years of Love”
The style I have in mind is playful and vibrant, with a bold, blocky typeface. Please make the “32” the clear visual focal point.
Within the artwork I want white silhouettes: balloons floating, children jumping or playing, and a clown. If you can tastefully work in the outline of the Milwaukee Art Museum without crowding the layout, that’s a bonus.
Key elements that must catch the eye:
• the number “32”
• kids and balloons
Provide the final design as a fully editable Adobe Illustrator vector (AI), along with EPS, PDF and a transparent-background PNG. I also need to see a mock-up on a royal-blue tee to confirm contrast and placement before we wrap.
