Senior Project Manager for Adobe Integration

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-visibility internal Adobe program focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) integrations. This role emphasizes run-and-operate delivery, campaign execution support, and coordination across multiple Adobe platforms.

Project Scope & Key Tasks:
Manage run-and-operate delivery for Adobe AEM and AEP initiatives.
Lead sprint planning, capacity planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking.
Coordinate with multiple internal application teams for campaign execution and ongoing changes.
Manage AEP-related workstreams including data readiness, segmentation coordination, and downstream dependencies.
Collaborate closely with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO/AGO) and campaign teams for coordination and readiness.
Ensure adherence to standard project management practices including governance, reporting, RAID logs, and documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations proactively.
Identify, track, and escalate risks, dependencies, and product issues with clear options and impact analysis.
Support PI planning, sprint ceremonies, status reviews, and executive reporting.
Operate effectively in a PST time-zone aligned environment, including late-evening calls.
Deliverables:
Comprehensive sprint and capacity plans.
Backlog prioritization and delivery tracking reports.
Risk, issue, and dependency logs with mitigation strategies.
Governance and status reports for executive leadership.
Coordinated campaign execution plans and readiness documentation.
Stakeholder communication and engagement plans.
This role requires 8–12+ years of project/program management experience with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe AEM and AEP delivery, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, and reporting dashboards is essential. Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer Zero/internal product programs is a plus.
