Seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead enterprise-scale digital experience initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in AEM implementations, digital marketing ecosystems, and end-to-end project delivery.
You will play a critical leadership role in driving quality, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple AEM projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, marketing, and business stakeholders to define requirements and objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
Facilitate kick-offs, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder reviews, retrospectives, and executive updates.
Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Proven project management experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and ecosystems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification or equivalent.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience managing distributed or global teams.
