Auto-Expanding Text Fields in PDF Form
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need help modifying a PDF fillable form. Currently, I have both Adobe and Word versions of the form but require eight fields to be formatted as auto-expanding text fields.
Key Requirements:
- The fields should genuinely expand the text field boundary within the document, not just scroll to view additional text.
- If necessary, the text fields should be able to break across pages.
- The end output should ensure the entire text box is viewable when the form is printed or posted on an internal or publicly-available site.
Context:
- The form is primarily used to be filled and saved digitally.
- Users are expected to enter mixed content (text, lists, etc.) into these expanding fields.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is essential.
- Prior experience with creating and editing PDF forms is a must.
- Familiarity with auto-expanding text fields and form design is required.
- Ability to understand and deliver on the requirement of making the entire text box viewable in all scenarios (and not via scrolling).
