What You’ll Do
* Lead the design and execution of compelling visuals across digital, social, print, and event platforms
* Create graphics for marketing campaigns, sponsorship decks, social media content, merchandise, and live events
* Develop and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a strong, consistent visual identity
* Collaborate closely with content creators, photographers, marketing strategists, and social teams
* Deliver quick-turnaround graphics for real-time sports moments (game days, breaking news, highlights)
* Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers and interns
* Stay on top of sports design trends and bring a fresh, forward-thinking perspective to everything you do
What You Bring
* 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in the sports or entertainment industry
* A standout portfolio showcasing bold, energetic, and impactful design work in the sports space
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with quick turnarounds
