I have a 47-slide PowerPoint prepared for a joint session of medical doctors and public-health personnel. The content is locked; what I need is a complete visual makeover so the deck feels polished, professional, and easy on the eyes when projected in a large lecture hall. The brief is straightforward:

• Maintain a professional, formal tone throughout.
• Prioritise text readability—clear hierarchy, legible fonts, balanced white space.
• Enhance visuals: tidy up existing charts, replace low-resolution images, and add tasteful icons or graphics where they reinforce the message.
